Restoration Answers publishes independent, sourced guides on home water emergencies — cost ranges, insurance answers, and a dedicated page for each city (for example, “Water damage restoration cost in your city.”) When a homeowner in your area reads that page and wants help now, the call goes to the one restoration company that claimed the city — you.
What's true today (and what we'll never claim)
True: your city's page is live and Google is indexing it now.
True: one restoration company per city gets exclusive rights to every call it produces.
True: founding partners pay $0 up front and nothing until the page is sending real calls.
What we will never tell you: that it “ranks #1” or gets some number of visitors. It's new — we don't know yet, so we won't pretend to. You're buying the exclusivity and the risk-reversal, not a traffic promise.

Once calls are flowing, founding partners move to a flat monthly rate by metro size (roughly $600 / $1,200 / $2,000). No activation fee, ever — that friction is exactly what we cut so you can say yes without risk.
How it works
- You claim the city. Email us the metro you want (below). One company per city — first to claim it holds it.
- We wire your tracked number into that city's call slot — usually within the hour. Every call is call-tracked, so you (and we) can see exactly what the page delivered.
- The page routes every homeowner call to you, exclusively. No shared leads, no bidding against three other companies.
- You pay only once it delivers — on whichever of the two options you picked.
Why exclusivity matters
Most lead-gen sells the same call to four companies and lets you fight over it. We don't. The homeowner on your city's page is pointed to one restoration company — you. That's the whole point of a founding partnership: you're not a line item in an auction, you're the city's pro.
Questions founders ask
Is there really nothing to pay up front?
Correct. $0 down, no activation fee. You pay only once the page is sending you real, qualified calls — and on Option A you get a free 60–90 day window first.
What if it never sends me calls?
Then you never pay, and you walk away owing nothing. The whole point of the founding terms is that the risk sits with us, not you.
How do I know the calls are real?
Every call runs through a call-tracking number, so both of us see the actual call log — length, time, and recording. You're never asked to take our word for the volume.
Can a competitor also claim my city?
No. One company per city. Once you hold it, the page points to you and only you for as long as you're a partner in good standing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No lock-in. Founding partners can leave any time; we'd rather keep you because it's working than because a contract traps you.
